New Money Entertainment Makes Plans for Magazine

According to the Ceo of New Money Entertainment. There is a magazine in the works, to be released in the spring. When we spoke to Sherexmykes about why and how here's what she had to say. "I wanted to do this magazine for several reasons", says the NC native", " I'm tired of these independent hip hop mags offering people features and charging money for it. I may be a little bit old school to an extent, but if a mag wants to review somebody like Kendrick Lamar or Jay Z, I doubt the have to pay. I know that there are cost, but with the way I chose to produce this magazine the cost should be low if any at all." We saw that we created a facebook group, that's interesting. What made you create a facebook group for the mag. Sherexmykes answer " I decided to do the group for 2 reasons convience, and exposure, and numbers. As an independent artists you first fans are the people that know you. So if people invited other people to group, then you are helping other artists gain exposure and getting exposure at the same time. The other reason though people can email us at Dopesouf@gmail.com, if they post it and we like it then we may ask them for an interview. The magazine will be posted in the group, have it's own website, and other things. The first issue comes out in April, and we plan to see great growth after the first issue." Well after all that, the only question we could ask is what type of things can you look for in DopeSouf Mag? Sherexmykes stated, " Just look for interviews from artists, producers, Dj's, managers, and promoters. You will also see a a lot of imformative articles to help indy artists. That's all I can say without giving away my plans for the first issue."
